The other is the booking by our real time reservation system.
Real time booking : It is making a reservation for the hotel registered in our real time booking system .
If there is a available room, you can confirm the booking and pay charges instantly after requesting.

Requesting a booking : The confirmation notice will be given when the booking is confirmed.
The booking inquiry will be changed from ‘processing’ to ‘booking OK’
If the hotel you requested is not available, the inquiry will indicate ‘N/A- No Available room’ and our manager will send you through e-mail a list of recommended hotels with the same stipulations.
Log in en.HotelJapan.com, click on ‘booking check’ menu, and you can check your reservation status in real time.
You also can get the information anytime by asking us through an e-mail, a phone call, Fax.
Modification is possible at general circumstances.
But please check the notice carefully before you modify the reservation.
When your booking is confirmed, we will issue you the voucher by an e-mail.
Check detail information and click ‘PRINT’ to print out the voucher and present it at the hotel’s front desk when you check-in.
Note that some hotels request for your passport to confirm the person who made the booking.

You must call our site's locale office (TEL 81-3-6427-5830) if you need to make any changes at the hotel Tell us your booking number in the voucher and we will reply ASAP.
There is no discount or money refund available in making and changing a booking through other methods without contacting our company.
You can pay with a credit card(VISA or MASTER)
Payment must be made as indicated during the booking procedure.
Exchange rate of the day for buying is applied in the indicated charge.
The indicated amount on the invoice corresponds to Japanese Yen.
The currency is applied correspondingly to the issuing of a voucher, and voluntarily estimating the account and applying a currency rate is not allowed.
