Also, members can terminate the membership by sending email(info@hoteljapan.com) or making a phone call to the Customer Center(81-3-6427-5830).
If you have any suggestions or complaints related to customer information, please contact the Customer Center or the person in charge of the customer information.

Duration of keeping and using customer information

However, if you request to terminate your membership or fail to meet the membership regulations, Hotel Japan will stop and delete your information in a way that it can never be retrieved again.
