About Our Cancellation & Refund Policy
- If you cancel your reservation, your credit card-guaranteed charge will be refunded except ￥1500 for cancellation charge - in case of cancelling at least 8 days before check-in date.

- From 7 days before the check-in date, if you cancel your reservation, you pay charge for 1 night booked rooms. If your booking was for only 1 night then the full amount will be charged.

- Refund Procedure
Please inform us cancellation by phone call. Before refund, a cancellation bill will be issued by an e-mail. You pay cancel charge, then we immediately request refund to the credit card pay gate company. It may take times PG pays back to you. Possibly the Credit Card Statements shows you charges and refunds throughout 2 months.
